New Nurse Licensure Packets
A packet is mailed when you are initially licensed in West Virginia to the mailing address you typed in the nurses' portal.
Below is a digital format of the documents included in the packet.
In the packet sent to the nurse they WILL BE issued A CERTIFICATE WITH their NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER STAMPED with the BOARD 'S OFFICIAL SEAL once the nurse PASSES the NCLEX Exam!
